2. Orders & Payment
All orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp or email before processing.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer only.
Orders will be processed once full payment is received and verified.
Please ensure all recipient details (name, address, phone number) are correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate information.

4. Product Substitution
Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, certain blooms or wrapping materials may be unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once flowers are prepared or delivered, no refund or change will be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Returns
As flowers are perishable items, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s a quality issue upon delivery, please contact us immediately (within 2 hours) with photos, and we’ll review the situation for possible replacement.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Blossom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.
